MARCOGAZ Secretary General Manuel Coxe Elected Vice-Chair of the European Clean Hydrogen Joint Undertaking (JU) Stakeholders Group

MARCOGAZ is proud to announce that on 13 October 2023, its Secretary General, Manuel Coxe, was elected as Vice-Chair of the European Clean Hydrogen Joint Undertaking Stakeholders Group, a significant recognition of his dedication and expertise in the field.

The Stakeholders Group, serves as an essential advisory body, providing valuable insights and perspectives on various horizontal issues and specific questions relevant to the work of the Clean Hydrogen JU. The creation of such advisory groups ensures that joint undertakings are informed about the viewpoints of stakeholders across the entire hydrogen value chain.

The Stakeholders Group is open to all public and private stakeholders, including organized groups, who are active in the joint undertaking’s field, including international interest groups from Member States, associated countries, or other nations. This Stakeholders Group comprises representatives from sectors involved in the generation, distribution, storage, and utilization of clean hydrogen across the Union. This includes representatives from other relevant European partnerships, the European Hydrogen Valleys Interregional Partnership, and the scientific community.

The Group convenes at least twice a year, providing a crucial platform for collaboration and dialogue, fostering a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the clean hydrogen sector.

Manuel Coxe’s election as the Vice-Chair underscores the recognition of MARCOGAZ’s commitment to the development and promotion of clean hydrogen technologies, facilitating a sustainable and environmentally friendly energy future in Europe.
